Beginner & intermediate half-day fused glass workshops at JS Crackpots Studio in Pleasant Prairie. Sunday afternoon workshops are held about once a month at JS Crackpots studio on Springbrook Road in Pleasant Prairie Wisconsin. Classes feature one main project such as a dish, wall vase, wind chimes, or plant stake and one or two additional pieces such as pendants or candle surrounds. Students learn about glass fusing techniques as well as experiment with cutting glass and designing glass projects. See photos below.

fish New for 2010 classes: tropical fish! Workshop students can choose to make a tropical fish (hanging or plant stake) as their main project.

Coming this Fall at the Kenosha Public Museum: Watch for Fused Glass Jewelry workshops at the Kenosha Public Museum this fall. Each workshop is one Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:30 p.m. Fall dates are October 12, 2010 for jewelry; and November 16th for fused ornaments.
